My name is Apostolos Yperifanou, I was born and raised in Ofrinio Kavala in the early 80's. I am a graduate of the IEK Kavala in the department of Systematized Catering and I have a Master's degree from STE Pereaia in the specialty of Culinary Art. At the same time in 2015 I was admitted to the Chef's Club of Northern Greece. I speak very good English, a little Bulgarian, and German.
I worked as a Chef Garde Manger in large food establishments in Thessaloniki (Terkenlis, Village of Peace, Halaro) and during the winter months in hotels in Austria (Lech - Zurs, Warth, St Gallen Kirch, Gashurn, Montafon). In 2007 I started up the restaurant "Aithrion" in Ofrini Beach where I am still active today.
Classic tastes , traditional with a modern approach. By taking the steps one by one, slowly but surely we managed to get the acceptance of the demanding public!
